NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual General Meeting of the Consortium will be held on 11th day of January, 2024 at Thornton Room & Huthart Room I, 3/F, South Tower of the YMCA-The Salisbury Hotel, No. 41 Salisbury Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong at 6pm for the following purposes:
Agenda
1. Report of the President
2. To approve the Audited Financial Statement for the year ended 30 APRIL 2023
3. Appointment of the Auditors

Notes:
(a) Any member entitled to attend and vote at the meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy to vote on his/her behalf. A proxy needs not to be a Corporate Member or NGO Member of the Consortium.
(b) All proxy forms shall be deposited at the Consortium’s office at FD09, Unit 2C, 2/F, Wui Wah Factory Building, 1035-1037 Yee Kuk West Street, Lai Chi Kok, HK not less than 48 hours before the time appointed for holding the meeting.
