Mr. Luke Zhang, a dual master’s degree, Senior Engineer. Aside from being the President of Hangzhou Century Co., Ltd., Mr. Zhang is one of the Expert Committee members in Chinese Hospital Information Management Association (CHIMA) and the Editors and Executive Director of Chinese Journal of Health Information Management. He has chaired and participated in the "Eleventh Five-Year", "second five" National Science and Technology Support Program, the National High Technology Research and Development Program (863 Program), National Science and Technology Major special (03 projects) and many other scientific research works.
