Registration Fee

 

Fee will include

• Admission to all scientific sessions on 17^th and 18^thOctober
• Admission to coffee/tea on 17^th and 18^thOctober

 

Registration Procedure
Participants can register for the conference by the following methods:
A. Register ONLINE
B. Complete the registration form and return it with appropriate payment to the Conference Secretariat.  Upon receipt of completed registration form and full payment, the Secretariat will issue a letter of confirmation by email.

To enjoy the early bird rate, registration and payment must be received no later than 6 September 2019.

 

Payment
Payment of registration fee (in Hong Kong Dollars) must be made by the following methods:
Credit card (HKD): Visa or MasterCard
Cheque (HKD) made payable to “International Conference Consultants Ltd.” (for local participants) and post to the Conference Secretariat (see address below)

 

Rules and Regulations

1. Registration form without payment will NOT be processed. Please do NOT send cash.
2. Conference Secretariat will send a letter of confirmation by email upon receipt of your registration form and full payment.
3. Cancellations must be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat and the refund will be made after the conference. If cancellation is received on or before 6 September 2019, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded. Thereafter, there is no refund of registration fee. Please note that substitution is permitted on the basis that written notice is received before 6 September 2019.
4. The programme is subject to change without prior notice. In the event of cancellation of the Conference, the only liability of the Organisers is to refund the registration fees paid. In the event of delay of the Conference or change of Conference date, no refund will be made.
5. In the event of the Conference delay, cancellation or change of Conference date related to outside control, such as weather, emergency, traffic control, we will post the information to the delegates via official website and email.
6. All enquiries, changes and cancellations should be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat.

Inclement Weather Arrangement:　

Arrangements are as follows if the black rainstorm warning signal or the tropical cyclone signal no. 8 or above is in force:

• At 6:00 am, the sessions of the conference before 2:00 pm on that day will be cancelled; the sessions of the conference starting from 2:00 pm onwards will resume in accordance with the schedule if at 11:00 am the said warning/signal is no longer in force; and
• At 11:00 am, the sessions of the conference starting from 2:00 pm onwards on that day will be cancelled.
