The Hong Kong Alliance for Patients' Organisation Limited is an union formed in 1993 by 40 organizations. Our objectives are:
* to amplify the spirit of mutual help and encouragement among patients;
* to promote communication and acceptance among patients, their family members and friends;
* to advocate public and government awareness and caring to patients;
* to strive for interests and benefits for patients.
Association of Hong Kong Nursing Staff (AHKNS)
Association of Hong Kong Nursing Staff (AHKNS), previously named as Association of Government Nursing Staff, was founded in 1977 by nursing staff on voluntary basis as a non-profit making nursing organization.
The Association is registered under the Trade Unions Ordinance with the objectives to enhance professional development of nursing staff, promote community participation, improve the quality of health care services in Hong Kong and advocate clients' rights.
With the support of nursing colleagues, AHKNS is currently the premier nursing organization in Hong Kong with around 23,000 members.
As a considerate union, we are also active in participating social activities through volunteer groups to help the people in need.^ back to top

The College of Nursing, Hong Kong (the College), began as the Hong Kong Nurses Association in 1964, is an organization of nurses committed to professional excellence in nursing for the benefit of the health of the community.
The College has became a member of the International Council of Nurses (ICN) since 1965. Our membership of ICN permits us to send delegates to International Council of Nurses through which we contribute to the international affairs of the profession.

Founded in 1989, GS1 Hong Kong is a not-for-profit industry support
organization. It is committed to enhancing Hong Kong enterprises'
competitiveness through the provision of global supply chain standards, best
practices and enabling technologies. As GS1's local chapter, GS1 Hong Kong is the only organization that is authorized to issue and administer GS1
identification numbers in Hong Kong. Standards and solutions offered

Hong Kong Association of Gerontology (HKAG)
The Hong Kong Association of Gerontology (HKAG) was founded in 1986 by a group of professionals including: geriatricians, nurses, social workers, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, clinical psychologists, and academics, etc.
The aims of the Association are to promote the discipline of gerontology and to improve the quality of age care services in Hong Kong. The President is the official head of the standing Council, which is elected annually. The new structure of the Association has been implemented since February 2012 to take into account of the new functions and responsibilities undertaken by the Association.
The mission of HKAG is to promote the advancement of health care, social services and long-term care for older people in Hong Kong; and the furtherance of studies and education in gerontology.
Hong Kong College of Radiographers and Radiation Therapists (HKCRRT)
The mission of the Hong Kong College of Radiographers And Radiation Therapists is formed to develop, regulate and promote the standard of practice in radiography, medical imaging and radiotherapy for the public benefit.
Our Medical Imaging Informatics Faculty focused on matters related to PACS, medical imaging and medical informatics.

Founded in 2002, Hong Kong Public Key Infrastructure Forum Limited ("HKPKIF") is a non-profit distributing industry organization and having the following objectives:

Hong Kong R&D Centre for Logistics and Supply Chain Management Enabling Technologies (LSCM)
Established on 20 April 2006 with funding support from the Innovation and Technology Commission of HKSAR Government, the LSCM R&D Centre is commissioned to foster the development of core competencies in applied R&D in logistics and supply chain related technologies and facilitate adoption of these technologies by industries in Hong Kong and mainland China. The LSCM R&D Centre facilitates industries to move up the value chain by providing a one-stop service for applied research, technology transfer and commercialization.
The long-term goal of the LSCM R&D Centre is to strengthen Hong Kong's economic competitiveness and to enhance its technology leadership in the logistics and supply chain management industry.^ back to top

Formed in 2001, HKSTPC is a statutory body set up by the HKSAR Government. Since then, it is a rapidly growing focal point for nurturing research and development in innovation and advanced technologies.

Hong Kong Software Industry Association (HKSIA)
Hong Kong Software Industry Association (HKSiA), formerly known as "Hong Kong and Mainland Software Industry Cooperation Association", is registered as a non-profit making organisation in Hong Kong. HKSiA was established by a group of experienced IT professionals and entrepreneurs in Hong Kong, who believe that Hong Kong software companies could further expand their business and contribute more in the Mainland China market.
The objectives of the association are to:
1. Facilitate the development of Hong Kong software companies and assist members to enter into the Mainland Market;
2. Enhance the communication and collaboration between Hong Kong and Mainland software companies;
3. Cooperate and communicate with overseas software companies in order to learn from each others and increase resources sharing;
4. Organize various events and sharing sessions to bridge contacts between Hong Kong and Mainland software companies.

Hong Kong United Youth Science & Technology Association (HKUYSTA) was formed in September 2007 as a not-for-profit organization by a group of young leaders who were also members of the Hong Kong United Youth Associations (HKUTA) (http://www.hkuya.org.hk) and devoted their careers related to the field of ICT. Whilst registered as an independent legal entity, the association had been working closely with the Hong Kong United Youth Association (HKUYA) with qualified members of the ICT industries or professionals who engaged in the field of science and technology of HKUYA would be invited to join the HKUYSTA.^ back to top

Senior Citizen Home Safety Association (SCHSA)
Senior Citizen Home Safety Association (SCHSA) has been providing its 24-hour personal emergency assistance and care services to Hong Kong elderly since 1996. SCHSA has saved over 200,000 lives by sending them to hospitals for rescue and handling over 3.78 millions requests for help over the past 14 years.
To free seniors from staying at homes, SCHSA developed Mobile Link Service ("MLS"隨身寶) to enhance their outdoor mobility with peace of mind. It is the very first outdoor emergency support in Hong Kong and the innovative extension of SCHSA's core service "PEL" 一線通平安鐘. It also provides home support through Easy Home Service.
